Olive Salsa

1 can med black olives, chopped (or one of those little cans of black olives already chopped)
1/4 c green olives, chopped
1 can chopped green chilies
1 medium tomato, chopped
1/4 c pickled jalapeno slices (to taste, or a fresh jalapeno if you prefer), chopped
1 T vinegar
3 T olive oil
1 t garlic salt
salt & pepper to taste

Mix all ingredients. It tastes better if allowed to sit for an hour and let the flavors blend. However, it tastes darn good even if you don't.

Oh, I am so glad you posted this recipe as I've been meaning to ask for it. I did not like it much, only enough to eat the whole bowl!
